How to choose your size
Measure With measuring tape or a string that does not stretch at all. Then measure the string. 
( For lord Jagannath and Baladeva measure their heads straight around 
For all other Deities measure from forehead to lower part of head (Nape of neck 
The size of the Turban  listed does not include the velcro. It is only for the fabric portion length ..This means there is an additional 1/2 inch on each side of the turban extra. Fully secured is an extra half inch only.For example if you buy a 4 1/2 inch size it is actually almost 5 inches, including crossing the velcro. The velcro must be able to cross over at least 1/4 of an inch.
NOTE: These turbans are not for very small Deities. At least 9-inch and up marble or chubby round-faced Deities.Apply turban fans with tickey-tack or Pins if you can place them in the turban without pocking The Lord. Also, apply turban pins and any other ornaments on them. Super sweet! New Design for your convenience. As online buying is not easy to get the perfect size turban the velcro makes it adjustable up to an inch.
Fits nicely on Lord Krishna and Balaram, Sri Sri Gaura Nitai, Laddu Gopal. Or Lord Jagannath and Baladeva. ( for lord Jagannath and Baladeva measure their heads straight around and for all other Deities measure from forehead to lower part of head (Nape of  neck).  The velcro must be able to cross over at least 1/4 of an inch on each side.

Note: The measurement photo may not be the color you are getting. select size then color. 
Extra Note. You could cut off the velcro and secure with a pin or something else. 
Other ideas-
Get two and cross them over each other to make a larger Turban. (two colors or of the same color.
